This is the new Reese Pro Series 15k 5th wheel hitch with Kwik Slide for short bed trucks.  Part number 30076.  It INCLUDES THE RAILS AND UNIVERSAL INSTALL KIT.  Some trucks require a special bracket for installation, call or email to see if yours is one of those.

Toyota Tundra 2007: 58309 special parts are required, $34

Dodge 2003-2007 2500/3500 requires a different part number, 30128 that has the 10 bolt rail kit, and 58186 bracket kit which is $95

Dodge 2002-2007 1500 requires a different part number, 30128 that has the 10 bolt rail kit, and bracket kit 50040
